Red bull and any other energy drinks are a HUGE no no. Avoive Maccas, KFC, etc, for the simple reason that you don't know exactly what or how the food has been prepared (no matter what the ads say, lol) or how long they've been sittin there. Pre cooked chickens from Woolies etc are no-nos for the same reasons (if she's anything like my sister, buy a pre-marinaded chicken and cook it yourself). Raw foods are bad, and ALL meat must be cooked properly, eg. no medium, medium/rare steaks. Well done are the best way to go.
Lots of health, FRESH food. Your friend's doctor/midwife should be able to shed some more light on it. Or borrow some books from the library (but not "Up The Duff" it crap).
