I have successfully managed to lose more than 10 kilos since I joined this forum. (26 kilos since the start of my weight-loss journey). Now I am at a point when I am rather confused.
See, all this time, during my weight loss, I have only been doing loads and loads of cardio exercises like running, X-trainer, Stepper and Spinning classes. I am at 79 kilos now.I do not want a "bulky-muscly" body.
Rather, I want a "toned" body. When I say toned, I mean that all my muscles should be packed-tight and there should be as less "fat" around my muscle as possible.
My confusion is if I should reach my goal weight first and then work on toning OR if I should reach my healthy weight range of BMI less than 25 and then work on toning? I am really confused and would appreciate any comments. Thank you
