Ive had the game about two weeks. I love it. I use the cardio games alot.
I do 30 min of excersize a day, but 2-3 times a week, i just dont have the time, or ability to go for my walk, so i use the wii fit +. I do 30-40 min on that. Its fun, and gets your heart rate up. I want to get the step things that raise the board, that way I think it will help with excersizes a bit more.
Anyway, i personally think its worth it.
