I am new to this forum (forums in general actually) but I have a couple of questions for everyone.
Firstly, have you found that you still lose weight in a week that you have one bad day (for a special occasion)??? I am wondering if I am a dieting angel all week and then have a "bad day" on Cup Day, should I still expect a loss or not?
Also, I am after some opinions on what I should do diet wise Cup Day, I am going to a marquee for Melbourne Cup with work which will mean lots of delicious finger food and plenty of drinks. I am confident I can limit the finger food but I am worried about overdoing it with the drinks - I am considering driving/not drinking but I am one of those people that struggles to socialise with new people without a drink or two for courage!
Anyone have any experiences like this? Can you tell me if you still lost weight?
