Unfortunately the speed of results varies from person to person, so the only person who can really answer that is you.
From my own experience, I find that it takes about three weeks of serious effort on eating and exercising before I see any results on the scales. Oddly, my pants tend to loosen long before any weight comes off.
Best advice I can give you is stick with it. Like the commercial says, it won't happen overnight, but it will happen.
