I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I have recently started having a Admin Censored shake for breakfast. It gives me 19grams of protein for just 140 calories. I was actually really surprised that is does actually keep my full till lunchtime and it gives me a good energy boost (which I love).
Otherwise, yeah - agree with the others eggs (or just egg whites) is probaby the best for of protein. Actually, Egg protein is such high quality that it’s considered the ‘gold standard’ protein against which all other proteins are judged.... fun little fact for you.
