Hi, I am PG with #3. I was trying to lose weight before I fell PG with #3.
so I want to know what can I do to help lose the weight but at the same time make sure my baby will be fine.?
I eat fruit and vegies. 3-4 serves of each a day. *can be more or less*
I drink low fat/no fat milk. I have low fat chesse. I eat brown rice/ wholegrain bread. Don't eat potatoes. I eat lean meat. try not to eat alot of pasta. *about the size of my fist. if that some days*
so what else can I do to help this bub and me?
I go to the gym 5 times a week and 1 hour 10 mins. *i haven't been for the last 3 days due to being sick*
yeah, I don't over eat. that was one of the things the DR said. I have never over eatted for the boys. I was between 95 and 100KGs when i gave birth to them So i don't want to be that big this time. *if I can aviod it*
Seriously don't worry about trying to lose weight, just cherish and enjoy the time that you are pregnant and just try not to gain too much by eating healthy. Its not worth the stress trust me, I spent my whole pregnancy stressing about my weight and didn't get to enjoy it as I should have and its one of my biggest regrets.
