Eating after gym? immediately or wait?

Hello guys
I have started circuit training recently. Circuit traiing burns fat by building muscles. Wouldn't the muscles I build make me GAIN weight instead of lose? I've been told to wait for 2 hours after gym before I eat anything, how does that contribute to my weight loss?

Circuit training is also designed for people who are trying to gain weight.. so i'm just worried about the fact that the same program is made for both over and underweight people :S

Please help!

The amount of weight that you would put on in muscle is minimal. I have put on only 2 kgs due to muscle. It is better to eat when your body needs to eat, than to worry about a few kilograms. It is good for your body to build muscle, and a great way to get those natural chemicals moving in your body, and also a great way to relieve stress :D
