I discovered salmon(fresh) 2 years ago and I eat 2 pieces 2 to 3 times a week. I lightly fry it. Salmon doesnt need much oil to cook. Its got healthy fats in it so I dont reckon its too bad. Its also very filling. Sometimes I just feel sick after eating it and don't it anything else for the rest of the day especially if I've had it for lunch.
