Having done the shake diets in the past, personally I would avoid them at all costs. My husband and I have started doing Censored (up to week 6 now) and its a lot better. Put simply, it is about cutting down the carbs, but you eat protein based meals every 3 hours, a lot better as far as I am concerned.
I can always tell how my body is coping with foods by the appearance of my finger nails. On diets such as CS and TF, they were weak and patchy coloured. Now with Censored, they are strong and nicely coloured.
