DON"T DO IT!!!!!!!!!
These bars and shakes are bad news I recon.
I've just lost over 10.5kgs in a little over 12 weeks with not a bar or shake in sight.
The trouble with these meal replacements is that they do not teach you how to eat properly. My mum goes on them all the time. She loses weight, heaps of it in fact, but then she stops and puts its all back on. That just cannot be good for you.
