Oh yeah, I know the type. Dunno how reliable they are - I'd say most likely less reliable than the chest strap type, but hey, it's giving you a bit of an idea.

On that topic, I need to change the batteries in my HRM, they ran out in the Tullah Challenge and I haven't got a new one yet :roll:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Simply put it this way:

Generally, the normal range for heart rate among adults is 60 to 100 beats per minute. So anything below 60 or above 100 is a cause for concern.

i have had mine upto 171 but i like to keep it around 165-167
SW: 170.1kg
CW: 149.2
GW: 100-110kg
