In about 3 weeks, when I start my annual leave and a few days before I go on my holiday, I want to do some kind of detox. I don't want to do anything drastic like the lemon detox diet which just basically sounds like a metabolism-stuff-up in a box, to me.
I was thinking something more along the lines of a fruit, vegetable and water only detox. I would do it for maybe 2 days, and just have fresh fruit whole or juiced, fresh vegetables boiled, steamed, or cooked and blended into a soup, just to give me some different textures. And then lots of water with lemon. I figured this might be a nice way to help my body detoxify a bit, as well as drop another kilo before I go away where I will undoubtedly put it back on... but here's hoping.
If you guys can suggest a better detox, and details of it, then please let me know!
