recommendations anyone?

Postby sizing_down » Fri Dec 10, 2010 8:30 am

I have been using the 10 minute solutions "blast off belly fat" and "fitness ball workouts" on and off for the last 2 years. I'm bored sick of them.

What have you used that was really good/fun/effective?

Thanks.

Do you have PayTV? There's a couple of shows on there that aren't too bad. One on Health channel and one on Lifestyle You. Or maybe you could get someone to tape it for you?
I bought an elliptical trainer (just from dealsdirect.com.au - it was less than $150) I've been using it nearly every day for four months and while there are some days I could chuck it to the dump it's still effective and the time goes quick enough if watching tv or playing music or something.

I don't have pay tv and space is a bit of an issue for me too- we have a small house and too much stuff so I can't really buy any equipment because I have nowhere to store it. Thanks though!

Depends what sort of thing you're into. Zumba is good if you like that kind of thing. I like boxing and cycling.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
