hey just need some help

hey ppl im new and i just wanted to ask a few questions about weightloss.
my current diet is
6 meals a day
a fist full of oats with skim milk and 1 teaspoon of honey
morning tea (swiss multi vitiam tablet x1)
2 slice of multigrian bread with penut butter 2 tea spoons with 1 tea sppon of honey also a handful of unsalted almonds
a fistfull of brown rice with some cut up chicken breasts or 2 tins of tuna and broccolli
afternoon tea
same ass morning tea but with some 99% fat free soup

yogurt low fat with a fruit
all i drinks is water and 1 coffee threw out the day
all these meals are 3 hours apart i also go gym wen i can and to muscle workouts and some cardio after i have a shake (bsc hydroxyburnpro) 30 mins before and 20 mins after the workout

so basicly my questions are for someone like me who is trying to loss the fat and gain the muscle
is this the right diet?
is this the right workout?
should i not take the shakes?
or anything else anyone can help me with thanks

Hi Tubbyman

You'll probably get a different answer from each person you ask ... but to my mind it looks like you might be overdoing the grain food (rice, bread, oats) it might be an idea to include more vegies.

The nuts are a good idea, but do you need it in addition to 2x Bread and peanut butter and honey?

Having said that, if it is working for you then keep with it.

End of year - 81kg TARGET WEIGHT - Optimistic
