Thoughts on my eating plan please

I am currently trying to lose weight. I try to go to the gym every day to do cardio, and have had a friend suggest this eating plan for me to assist in loosing weight. I have attached my food plan. Any thought on my food plan? Is it likely to help me lose weight? I am not wanting to build heaps of muscle or bulk up at all, just lose weight around my stomach, arms, back, and thighs.

Postby jac2981 » Fri Feb 04, 2011 1:49 pm sounds like a lot of protein and not alot of energy intake if you are going to be exercising all the time. It depends on why you want to lose weight, how quickly and whether you want to maintain that weight long term, e.g if it was short term weight loss for a body building comp than this diet may be suitable but once you start eating a wider variety of food again you may notice the weight coming back on.
