I am hoping that you will be able to provide me some advice.
Essentially, myself and my partner are both quite overweight and probably need to lose about 30 - 40kg each to be back in the middle of the healthy BMI range.
While we are quite time poor we do have a fair amount of disposable income, so are considering getting a personal trainer.
We are not really wanting to join a gym as we have a dog and would rather walk with him where possible, but thought that having a PT might give us the kickstart we need to stay motivated and active.
Does any know of any decent personal trainers around Brisbane Northside?
