Hi hope you can help with my dilemma?

Due to health reasons I am unable to get to the gym to work off my daily intake so is there any chance that I can tone up etc by doing sit ups and bum work outs without running etc to get my metabolism up first?

Hi, doing those exercises will help tone and burn calories or if you prefer kilojoules, any chance instead of the gym you have access to a pool, cause walking swimming will help,heaps.
