Just wondering how many kilojoules should an adult have per day? And is it ok to count kilojoules instead of calories. Just asking because most food labels contain kJ's only, although I know you can convert Kj's to calories its just easier LOL..
on http://www.calorieking.com.au you can count calories and Kj's. i do calories because the numbers are easier for me LOL but also reading labels you need to be conscious of carbohydrate, fat, sugars and sodium as well.
