Medi-trim, any good?

Postby macasgirl4eva » Wed Aug 22, 2007 5:34 pm

Hi there all, a friend at work wants to start up a professional diet plan. She looked into Tony Fergusson, and is now looking into Meditrim (sp?) Has anyone had any experience/success with this program?

Thanks in advance,

I've never heard of meditrim, but if it like all the other shakes diet's it only work's if you are putting in the hard yard's & stick to it.

I totally agree, I guess some success stories may buoy her resolve, or horror stories may turn her away *lol* Also cost is a factor. I mainly do my own thing, but the structure of a regime helps some people stick to it :)

hey there! Well Im on the meditrim and it seems to be OK. I looked at the tony ferguson but it seems to have more sugar and fat. They taste OK but Im not much of a fan of the toffee (never have been). I cant say if it works but Ive lost a kilo (!) the lady who saw me was very helpful. Im going back each week from now on
