Hi,

Just a question. How much pasta should 1 person have per serving?

For dinner tonite the hubby and I are going to have Pasta with a tomatoey sauce.

I just wanted to know how much pasta we should have each....

LOL when we used to do cooking at school we used to have some recipes with grated cheese and we used to squashed the cup of cheese down so it was really like 2 cups LOL

NONE would be good - it's just flour and egg - how could it possibly substitute for real food with PROTEIN in it?
