Hi,

does anyone know a good, preferably free, on line calorie counter? with a good variety of foods?

Thanks

http://www.calorieking.com.au

make sure you do go to the .com.au site though because the (american) .com version isn't free

Hi Kath,

I also use calorieking (Australia) and have found it a great help. It's a bit of bother to have to keep entering foods online but is really worth it. I try and enter what I'm planning to eat at the beginning of the day (changing it where necessary). You find you try to stick to the plan to avoid having to make the changes.

Good luck,
Jannie
