Eating exercise cals??

Postby HappyBella55 » Sun Sep 02, 2007 10:59 am

I've just started using calorieking and I have 1360cals to eat a day. When I enter my exercise for the day I then have more cals.

Should I be eating these extra cals?

Or should I just ignore so as to create a calorie defect?

I'm so confused

i asked the same question recently bella and basically i was told i could eat them if i felt hungry from the working out etc but you DONT have to eat them and its probably better if you dont. the exercise i did the other day (over 4 hours worth) when i put it into calorieking i was in MINUS for the calories, i had worked everything off! LOL

Thanks Kate.

I just have to listen to my body if I'm hungry I'll eat a healthy snack otherwise I won't touch the extra cals.
