Fatigue

Postby Rustie » Fri Sep 14, 2007 3:00 pm

I have been going to the gym for a while now. And everytime I really push myself I find that i seem to be really fatigued the next day. Is it just me who this has happened to or is it apart of the detox process... Help please :(

How many calories a day do you eat? Fatigue could be from lack of food.

Make sure you ALWAYS stretch after a workout, it prevents muscle soreness.

I'd say it would be to do with what you're eating. I've been to the gym almost every day for 2 weeks and it's not affecting my "tiredness" at all (that's probably cause I eat like a pig though) :D

Just watch you arent pushing yourself too hard too soon, you dont want to get burnt out too quickly.

I hear you on the 2 kids and hubby like a kid lol got that here to! Is very exhausting some days!

Don't go so hard!! I've got 4 little ones and hubby (big one) , I think I'm just about burnt out from going to the Gym so much!! Just listen to your Body and you can't go wrong!! :D Make sure you have a good diet and get enough rest ( I know! IT's hard when you have a young family to chase) and you should be fine!! :D :D Sarah

Definitely would have to say its the Hydroxycut pills.

I take them also and they are great for the workout, although for me they would keep me up late due to some of the ingredients.

I have cut down on them and found my sleeping patterns have returned to normal. The effects the next day are noticeable as I have been waking up refreshed.

Good move on your part taking them out of your diet.
