I have been going to the gym for a while now. And everytime I really push myself I find that i seem to be really fatigued the next day. Is it just me who this has happened to or is it apart of the detox process... Help please
yeh im high protien low carbs but have to run after 2 kids and a hubby that is like another child.
I dont know if its because i have cut back on my smoking and cut out the coke aswell. My body might just be in overdrive being that i shanged alot of things at one time.
Don't go so hard!! I've got 4 little ones and hubby (big one) , I think I'm just about burnt out from going to the Gym so much!! Just listen to your Body and you can't go wrong!! Make sure you have a good diet and get enough rest ( I know! IT's hard when you have a young family to chase) and you should be fine!! Sarah
