Ok... I googled it! It's 40 calories... But you can get the sugar-free version. It doesn't sound too bad at all... But the calories really would add up if you were relying on it.
Have you tried water with ice and a slice of lemon/lime? I enjoy that!
My tip is to drink a glass of water before every meal. That way you don't eat too much (because you feel full from the water) and you've got your water out of the way.
