Clothes and a tape measure are more motivating idea, (though ensure you measure in exactly the same position each time to be acurate).
It sucks when you flog your self and at the end of the week see a poor result. Being muscle growth, water retention numerous reasons out, and this is where alot of people chuck the towel in. I think that doing it weekly is a bad idea, do your clothes and tape measure fortnightly and scales monthly. Seing a figure monthly it also sounds more impressive, instead ot i lost 1.25 each week, i lost 5 kilos. A longer time frame will also help balance out those muscle growths etc i mentioned earlier
Do you go the gym, if so use there scales and just theirs so there is no variance
