So, the first dilemma in my weight loss journey is on the horizon. My sister has decided to have her family birthday dinner at Pizza Hut. Pizza is not part of my list of good foods. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in a long time so I'm not sure if they offer salads. Is there a healthy alternative? Also, I've been drinking lots of the 600ml bottled water. How many glasses does 1 bottle equal to?

250mls is 1 cup, so if u drink 4 of the 600ml bottles a day your going great :)

there are over double the calories in a deep pan slice than a thin and crispy, so even if u eat 4 slices of thin and crispy vegetarian its 594 calories, so if u eat well the rest of the days and have no garlic bread or soft drink with it u should be fine :)

Pizza Hut usually have a salad bar!

Maybe have a little bit of pasta with a tomato based sauce, and some salad? and a lil bit of ice cream :wink:

I'd probably maybe eat some salad before hand if they don't have a salad bar - you can call and ask them. And then just have a couple slices of a thin and crispy. Or just eat before hand and tell everyone to go jump if they try making you feel bad.

Well it is a special occasion. It's unrealistic to turn down "bad" foods all the time. It's a birthday! Enjoy yourself, just have less than you previously would have.

With the 600mL... I think it's 2.5 glasses (a glass being 250mL).

Thanks! I'll give them a call and see if they do have a salad bar. But the pasta and tomato sauce sounds like a great idea.
