I exercise first thing in the morning:
9:00 - breakfast (cereal and fruit)
11:30 - morning tea (fruit)
2:00 - lunch (sandwich)
4:30 - afternoon tea (healthy snack)
6:30 - dinner
That's the approximate times, anyways!!!
