5-6 meals a day - when tho?

I'm new at this i would usally have 4 meals a day but i'm trying to portion my food abit better now. jsut a question what time of the days do u have ur meals? and like what?

Today for me i have
8.30 - oats with honey and cup of tea
11.30 - 2 slices of multiwheat grain, 2 slices of ham, 2 fried eggs
11.50-1.30 GYM..!!!!!
2.00 bout to have a sandwich and a banana. sandwich will have ham, lettuce, gerkin, carrot, bqq sauce..

today i have to work so i'd prob have something later around 6 than after work a sml dinner meal around 8.30

but yeah like about with my times could i see what you guys eat and when.. Thnx

I just eat every 3 hours or so.

9am - breakfast
11:30 am - Snack
2:00pm - Lunch
6:00pm - Dinner
8:00pm - Snack

I dont think it matters too much
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

I exercise first thing in the morning:

9:00 - breakfast (cereal and fruit)

11:30 - morning tea (fruit)

2:00 - lunch (sandwich)

4:30 - afternoon tea (healthy snack)

6:30 - dinner

That's the approximate times, anyways!!!

Every three hours - give or take. Not critical, but DON'T stay running on empty or your metabolism will shut down.

LW 62kg
GW 65kg
CW 80.5kg

I think I eat about every 3 hours so brekky at 8, snack at 11, than lunch is 1, snack at 4 and dinner at 6.

I have brekkie at 7
Snack (diet muffin or diet fruit bread with a cup of tea) 9.30
Lunch at 12.45
Supper at 6.00
Snack at 7.00 or later (fat free sugar free yoghurt)
Snack at 9.00 (weight watchers chips or some fruit)

I prefer to have both snacks in the evening, coz I start getting the munchies when watching the telly. Probably not such a good idea though. I consider the 7pm snack as pudding after I've had my supper.

I think I'm about every 2.5 to 3hours.
Brekky - 7.30
Morning Tea - 10.30
Lunch - 12.30 - 1pm
Afternoon Tea - 3.30 - 4pm
Dinner 6.30 - 7pm

im about the same as rose.
i get up at 6am exercise for 40 mins
between 7-7.30am breaky
10-10.30am snack fruit or vege
lunch between 12-1pm salad or veges with protein
2.30 40 mins treadmil
3.30-4pm snack healthy
6-7pm healthy dinner or soup
8-9pm stretches or something liek that

Don't forget to listen to your body and eat when it asks you to. Let yourself get peckish but not starving and don't eat just for the sake of it. You can usually get into a routine where u'll get hungry every 3-4 hrs, but if you've had a big eating day the day before you might not need to eat as much..
