Because I cant get back inot excerising do you think doing it in session of 10 min each will help at all to my weight loss?

Starting Weight 20/1/08 ~ 86kg
28/1/08 ~ 85kg

Yep. Can't find the studies at the moment, but it has been found that exercising for 10 minutes, 3 times a day has the same benefits as 30 minutes, 1 time a day. So get moving!

Yeah deffinately if you split it up through out the day should give you the same result.
