What are some exercises you can do with injured knees?

Glad that you are on the mend

I talked to the PT today & he said fit ball wall squats was really good, if you use an cross trainer, elipical or bike make sure that your ankle is planted on the ground so that your not putting to much pressure around the knee. Walking was good aswell other than that take it easy.
