i haven't read that one, but i have read a few studies on HIIT (high intensity interval training).
Its what i use now, on the treadmill and bike
i am all for it. No more 45min workouts for me, i do 20mins with 90secs doing a slower speed and 30secs doing a faster one!
It burns fat for longer after the workout
and i get my heart rate up to 160 sometimes
so yeah i reckon its great
