Does anyone here go to curves? Have you lost much weight from it?

I've just started and really enjoy it and am doing in in conjunction with swimming, walking/running and horse riding.

I don't like how you can only go around the circuit twice though. To lose weight, you have to increase your exercise as you get fitter an can hande it I feel. So for me, this is the only downside.

Thoughts and experiences please :)
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
