Yay! This is the first morning in 2 weeks that I have been exercising hard and woke up without feeling like my muscles were going to fall out of my body!
I can feel tiredness and strechiness in my legs, but I am not sore!!!
This is going to make exercise so much easier today. I can go for my morning walk/run without me blurting out each step "Ow, ow, ow, ow" I'm so happy!!!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
