This is exactly what I do !
But Im not sure as to whether I should be having dinner before or after I do my exercise
x2Its like running a car, you need to get some fuel into the tank to get things going/burning to give you optimum energy to workout..... building muscle and burning fat throughout.
If you dont eat - your body still needs fuel and it will get it from muscles, so therefore you wont burn as many calories, plus of course you could feel tired more quickly.
