Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone was interested in a walking challenge i.e. clocking in kilometres walked each week. I feel that we emphaisis so much on our kilograms that for some people it becomes an obsession so it would be good if we can balance it out by also recording kilometres walked..seeing that is the best weightloss excercise. Then if you have a bad week on the weightloss, least you can feel positive about the kilometres increasing. I guess it doesnt even have to be a challenge, just a thread where we can record our walking log.

Any interest??
