I know areobic excerise is the best or things like walking etc but its my first day back on track and I am not wanting to leave the house (long story) so I was going to spend 30 min doing things like


push ups

sit ups

running on the spot


lifting my legs up high

the leg thing like riding a bike.


Starting Weight 20/1/08 ~ 86kg
28/1/08 ~ 85kg
2 /2/08 ~ 84.2

As far as I know if it raises your pulse enough then it's aerobic exercise. 30 minutes of these activites done at a brisk pace should definitely get your heart rate up! Go for it!

That will raise your heartrate up easily and it will also help build some muscle which increases your metabolism.

yeah try and do it as a circuit with say 30secs-2mins of jogging in between each exercise.
