I sprained my ankle a few times in one week last year and now when I exercise too much it swells up and hurts to the point I can barely walk on it - that's what puts me off!

Plus, just the effort of getting changed into workout gear and getting set up. Also, I tend to get the runs when I exercise which really puts me off coz every 10minutes I'm running to the loo - I just can't keep going.
Goal for 2010: Be at most 99.9kg by 31st December 2010

Not having great walking shoes..... Cant really afford them at the moment

Not getting any results for your efforts. Stacking on weight that it took so much hard effort to lose... makes it hard to find the motivation to keep going :(

Seriously!


Have you tried walking past a herd of cows? They all stop what they are doing and stare at you as you walk past! It makes me paranoid, like they're all plotting against me.

I guess I'm going crazy. :|
