Can anyone tell me any toning exercises to do with weights?
I have a weight set it does lat pull down, pecs, legs and another couple of arm exercises. I live in a small town and we don't have the luxury of a gym or personal trainer so any advice would be appreciated.
How many reps and sets of reps should i be doing? Does it matter what weight i have it on and how often should I increase my weights? I have also heard that you work one area a day arms one day then legs ect. Should I do controlled (slow) or fast?
How long should it take to see results? And finally I have 40kgs to go so should i start now or focus on cardio only?
