I had 4 lots of weights, 2 for my wrists and 2 for my ankles and I used to put them on to go for a walk every morning....it makes going up hills SO much harder and you can REALLY feel the difference!
I loved them...but sold them at a garage sale before I went over seas....which I'd kept them now!!
Personally, i loved them and thought they were a great investment
I'll be getting my own fitness up before I buy them back again though!!
