Dance yourself thin!

Postby Fiona25 » Wed Feb 27, 2008 12:32 pm

I bought this DVD last week and have done it twice now and it is FUN FUN FUN!

It is a short 15min workout but it is a great workout and its fun. It doesn't feel like gruelling exercise and its a great way to break up an exercise routine while still getting a workout but enjoying it too.

I highly recommend it :D

It is a series of DVDs made by an American prevention system. They have other ones too such as pilates/yoga, other dance, fitness, combat etc.

Sounds great. I'll keep an eye out for it. Do you need much floorspace to do it?

Nope not at all! My house is a shoebox and I can do it in my lounge room...just have to move the coffee table :P

I feel really unco doing some of the stuff but you get the hang of it. Infact, i'm off to do some now :D

Hahahhah Tam, I am really unco too and am constantly giggling at myself

It is totally core, I get stitches from doing it but get my heart rate up as well as having fun. There are 2 dances on the DVD so 30mins flys by and great when you don't have a whole lot of energy for higher intensity stuff.
