Online Exercise Videos?

Postby Nekko » Thu Feb 28, 2008 1:36 pm

Does anyone know of any *good* online exercise vidoes for people who are very much overweight (AKA exercise we can do!!) and have *no* fancy gym equipment? For the record, I am weighing in just over the 300 pound mark at 303.

I've searched places like youtube and the like, but I've never found anything that was really good and seemed like something someone like me with no gym equipment could do.

And it would be very nice if these videos were free to watch. lol

Thank you.

I love walk away the pounds with leslie sansone..I dont know if you can get them free, but there is not really any equipment. Some use a resistance band but you dont HAVE to use it. Otherwise, just walking, bike riding if you have one, skipping (even without a rope). Look around for exercise programs on the net like circuits.

Hey :)

Before I went out and bought DVD's I used to go onto Youtube and Google video and look up what ever video I wanted to try , the are some pretty good vids on there, if your into Tae Bo thats where I started.

8 minute work out tae bo

Tae Bo cardio lots of fun its only a short clip of 5 minutes but you can do it over and over if you like :) and here is the cardio warm up

core rhythms gives you a great work out only 7 minute clip though

Anyway that's where I started from :) Anyway not sure how handy it would be if you have a pc thats in a different room to where you exercise.

Hope that helps :)
