Any suggestions for exercise routines that tone your butt?
I'm aiming to decrease it's size by 3 months! Think it's possible?

cayenne pepper is supposed to aid circulation... Mum keeps on at me to eat more of it cause my feet are always frozen
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
