Hey Lexi, the gym isn't for everyone.
Is there some other form of physical activity that you enjoy?
Have you thought of joining a team sport, swimming, walking, home exercise dvds?
I know at times I have to force myself to go to the gym as I find it kind monotonous and boring but after a couple of minutes I am feeling great for going.
So maybe just tell yourself, I'll go for a 15 minute session and once you are there a) you'll start to feel great b) won't want to leave after such a short time cos you've gone to an effort to get there.
Otherwise, have a gym buddy. I go to the gym with my boy. He's a gym junkie (and what a coincidence, we were both members of the same gym even before we'd ever met
and we met out in town one night, small world
) and he pushes me along when I'm not feeling in the mood to go to the gym.
Remember it doesn't have to be everyday
