hey guys, i need some advice
the only exercise i have been doin is on my treadmil at home.. this is what ive been doin
10% incline for 30 mintutes, at 5.5km an hour and 8km an hour every 5 minutes just for one minute.. im quite enjoying it, and its givin me one heck of a work out.
just wondering though should i be doin other exercise appart from the treadmil, i dont have time to go out of the house and do exercise so what ever i do will have to be at home.. or should i weight another 5kg until im under 120kg.. im really not sure.. i guess mabe i should be doin weights or something to help prevent loose skin????
