I quit my gym 2 months ago, and in that two months I gained 2.5kg :(

So im getting back into it TONIGHT! Im going to my old OLD gym in the city, who is mega cheap at $9 a week and is open from 6am-10pm! Im only going to do resistance training there cause cardio is so BORRRRRRRING at a gym, i'd prefer to do it outdoors and see the nature and breathe in fresh air!

Cause i am mega bored at work this is what im going to do at the gym!!!!

8 x Tricep Dips
8 x Wide Grip Chin Ups
8 x Close Grip Chin Ups

15 x Inclined Crunches
15 x Weighted Crunches

12 x Captains Chair Leg Raises

8 x Shoulder Press
8 x Chest Press
8 x Leg Press
8 x Leg Extension
8 x Bicep Curl
8 x Tricep Curl
8 x Lat Pull Down

I really want to tone up and get some muscle!
So im going to be going every second day! and continue with some cardio 5 times per week.

Hmmm yep no real point to this post! does my plan look good!
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!
