Step Into life or Zest / Goodlife

Postby ali76 » Mon Apr 28, 2008 12:50 pm

Since moving to the other side of town, I'm needing to look for a new gym.

I'm looking at 2 completely different gyms - Step Into Life which is like a group PT session outside and Zest which is just a normal gym.

Just wondering if anyone had any feedback on either clubs / methods??

Thanks all!

Hi,
I can't talk for Zest but I am in Step into Life at Prospect - and it is fabulous.
The people are lovely and the workouts are great.
It is quite social which I find helpful - but that is just me.

I know the first session with SIL is free - try it before you buy!
Wouls love to know what you decide.
Good Luck.

I just got a Step Into Life brochure in our letter box! It's funny because it looked so good and affordable I put the brochure next to my computer to have a serious look at it tomorrow. Then I read this thread title and thought "Hmmm... that name looks familiar...."

The brochure says, "from $12 per session". A question for people currently doing that program: is that the typical price or is it normally more expensive than that?

I think that price is about right - I think it is cheaper the more sessions you do (of course!)
