6:30am - walk dog, 30-5min
7:20am at latest - on my bike and ride to uni/work (1hr/30min)
4:30/5:00pm - ride home, same as to work
6:00 ish - walk dog (unless the bloke wants to) 45min-1hr
weekends - bludge, occasionally ride into the market on Satuday and walk dog usually for longer than in weekends (say 2-3hrs), and gardening if the weather is nice and I have something that needs doing (that I know of... I'm not yet a very competent gardener
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
