This is my current weekly exercise program, could it be improved?
Monday - GYM (45 mins cardio + 30mins weights (upper body)
Tuesday - 45 min power walk
Wednesday GYM (45 mins cardio + 30 mins weights (lower body)
Thursday - 45 min power walk
Friday- GYM (40 mins cardio + 35 mins weights (full body)
Saturday - Either a 45 min power walk or GYM (45 mins cardio)
Sunday - rest
