Can I improve my weekly exercise?

Hi everyone, im new here. I have lost 20 kg in the last 8 months, starting weight 83kg...now im 63kg. I have 5 more kg's to lose!

This is my current weekly exercise program, could it be improved?

Monday - GYM (45 mins cardio + 30mins weights (upper body)

Tuesday - 45 min power walk

Wednesday GYM (45 mins cardio + 30 mins weights (lower body)

Thursday - 45 min power walk

Friday- GYM (40 mins cardio + 35 mins weights (full body)

Saturday - Either a 45 min power walk or GYM (45 mins cardio)

Sunday - rest

any comments would be greatly appreciated!

It looks good to me. I do the same, but I do weights for whole body 3 times per week (what gym has set out for me) - If I have the engery (because I have a ton to lose) I do exercise twice a day.

Maybe while you are poer walking stop and do some lunges, push ups, sit ups etc. and maybe add some little runs into your walk to get your heart rate up and work some other muscles.
