Hello all

I recently bought a treadmil for myself as it is getting to cold to walk outside. How many minutes and at what speed would I have to go on it per day to lose weight? Im 106 kg, 18 years old and 6 foot 4. Im eating healthy so i just need to know, i was told 30 minutes at a walking speed each day is enough excersise to lose weight? Im realy not sure how long im meant to use the treadmil each day and at what speed so all the help is greatly appreciated

P.S, I lift dumbells every day for about 30 minutes, would that lose weight aswell?
