I used to use the aussie fit videos a few years ago. Havent dug the out in the new house tho as we have floor boards instead of concrete and carpet!!! The whole house will shake if I start doing those videos. I did used to enjoy them tho and would certainly be sweating and puffing at the end.

I have a pilates dvd for when I can't walk/ride etc due to the weather. I'd like to get a couple of different ones though so I can pick the workout to suit my mood. Maybe an aerobics one and a tai-bo one.... the list goes on
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I have a Tae Bo DVD but at the moment am only doing it once a week as I walk most days or do some strength training...it is a good workout. Like Tegan I want to get some others to fit the type of workout I want as the Tae Bo is pretty full on for me.

Walk Away the Pounds are great, but for me, the 3 mile is the best. I bought the billy blanks boot camp set, i started doing them, but for some reason stopped. I find them hard to follow....like I am going to trip over my feet all the time!

excercise DVDs

Ladybug,
Hi, the walk away the pounds DVD is fantastic. Just recently got a copy of the first DVD and it was great. Workouts are simple but easy and you can certainly feel the movements.

Very glad that it got recommended to me. I have 2 small girls and walking at home when they are resting is sometimes the only excerise I get. ithink it is a worth while investment.
